Rover hardware and software are developed, built, and supported in the United States, with a NOC staffed 24 × 7 × 365. The standards below govern how the platform is designed and what documentation accompanies it into a procurement.

SOC 2. Rover Systems, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of SC Signal, Inc., a United States corporation. SC Signal maintains a SOC 2 examination, and Rover services are developed and delivered under SC Signal's control environment. Rover Systems, Inc. does not hold a separate SOC 2 report; the report covering these services is SC Signal's and is made available under NDA during procurement.
